Bug Description
I am working on a Dell Inspiron notebook, using Ubuntu 18.10 with UB installed on top of Gnome. Updated 10 days ago.
Is the configs, dark theme is DISABLED, built-in theme is ENABLED ....
Here, I am observing two apparent flaws:
1. When I click on the Application Menu icon, the drop-down opens and, when closed, leaves a contour on the screen. This contour disappears about two - five seconds after the App Menu is closed, or stays visible until the Raven sidebar is closed.
2. Raven sidebar and App Menu have different background colors: Raven's is dark and the App Menu's is white.
What theme I choose does not seem to make any difference.
The flaws seem to entirely occur when using the built-in theme. Under this configuration, enabling or disabling the dark theme does not trigger any effect.

Issue 1 is already known upstream. Workaround is to disable
animations via budgie settings

Issue 2: problems about the built in theme should be reported upstream. Thanks
