Thank you for your bug report. Could you take a screenshot of the dialog you see and describe how you trigger it? The Ubuntu One account is only used for reviews I think?

This is after getting logged in with the Ubuntu One account on Ubuntu Software. And yes, it is used for programs reviews.

After the system is restarted, the Ubuntu One account gets disconnected for no obvious reason.

And to add more information to this bug, there is no dialog informing me that the Ubuntu One account got disconnected, it just happens by itself. I have to keep logging in every time I start the system (I don't do it every time, because this has been happening for sometime now).

Also, I don't know if this is important, but I have my Ubuntu Single Sign-On account connected to the system, I think that GNOME Software should use this to stay connected to Ubuntu One, instead of having to do that by itself.

Bug does not effect disco. I checked. As a workaround, you can download all the related packages from disco and the login issue will be resolved. Maybe the devs can find out what changed and backport it?

Actually the bug does effect disco. Noticed it again after a few app openings.

This still affects Ubuntu 19.04 and 19.10.

This issue has been fixed on Ubuntu 21.04, given that an option to sign in on the Ubuntu One account was removed and now it is only possible to sign in to the Snap Store account (also Ubuntu One).
