The prompt dialog "Calibration Cancel" make marquee bar disappear.

Reproduced steps:
-------------
1. Launch touchscreen applet from settings.
2. After showing the calibration window, press "Esc" to exit touchscreen applet.

Current result:
-------------
In step2, when "Calibration Cancel" dialog pop up, marquee bar disappear except for bluetooth and network icon on statusbar.
Click "Close" button on "Calibration Cancel" dialog, marquee bar recover to correct status.
If no privilege dialog pop up before showing calibration window, exit calibration window, the issue happened.

Expected result:

"Calibration Cancel" dialog should not impact marquee bar.

Hi Cathy,

I'm in a new group now without access to a q1, so I won't be able to test/change the calibration tool (doesn't work in xephyr). Bob, Todd, one of you want to take this? Bob, I know you talked of just removing the cancel dialog all together as it is a little redundant, that may resolve all these bugs. I'll forward them to you guys.

Fixed in 0.26. I just went ahead and removed the entire canceled dialog. I found it annoying to have to confirm the fact that I canceled my calibration by pressing another button.

Verified in 0.26, cancel dialog is removed, so close the issue.
