Bug Description
Real estate on hold screens is limited. When displaying the Status column for holds, it currently needs to be wide enough to show at least 14 characters of the label to be useful. It would be much more efficient to have labels where the first few characters were enough to distinguish the different statuses. Perhaps changing "Waiting for capture" to something like "Awaiting capture" would be enough to do the job. Other suggestions welcome.

I'm expanding this bug to include more column labels in the same grid that would benefit from better names. These are:
Notifications Phone Number
Notifications SMS Number
Notify by Email?
Notifications SMS Carrier
Even with just a few columns set as visible, it's difficult to discern what data is being displayed. With enough columns open, these all show the same header, "Noti".
