Printing produces two pages

Bug Description
This is based on SVN 16901
I have gtk 2.12.2-r2, gtkmm 2.12.1, cairo 1.4.12, GPL Ghostscript 8.60 on Gentoo Linux.
When I try to print the document at
http://
(basically a rectangle on an A4 page) the output is the postscript file at
http://
This does not seem to set the bounding box quite right (or at least, it does not identify the page size as "A4"), and includes an extra blank page.

Looks like the box is causing a page wrap in postscript or something...
