Bug Description

Similarly to python3-setuptools, which was handled in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/doxyqml/+bug/1585517, all the Python packages should be marked as "Multi-Arch: foreign" to allow proper cross installation.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

python-flake8 has been in sync in Debian since Xenial, so if this bug is still valid in the latest package version it can be fixed directly in Debian and we'll end up picking it up when autosync is turned on during development of the next release.
