edit topic and edit post pages display message needs fixing

When you edit a forum topic/post that you have made there is a message:

"You have X minutes left to finish editing."

This message needs to be more prominent.

Also if you are a moderator for the group forum you see this message but once the time is up you are still allowed to edit the topic/post so the message is not needed in this case.

Also the message appears when page loads but does not change while editing - what is needed is for the minutes to tick down to reflect a more accurate amount of time remaining.

1) Giving it alert styling
2) Getting the number of minutes to count down so to be less confusing
