OK. I am confirming this one, although it is not the first such bug reported -- but it seems to be the first that got a complete stack trace. All others have incomplete stack traces...

I will set them all as dup of this one. Left for my next incursion here is to search upstream & link. Interesting, I do not know how it happened...

Was this released yet? Because it happened to me this morning (Hardy Heron, no updates available).

Should have been... do you have a stacktrace available? OTH, this is a race, and it might not have been fully contained. I *know* I could not repeat it -- which means at least my scenario was taken care of --, but other scenarios may exist.

I may not have gotten the correct file down yet. I got an update yesterday that fixed a couple of evolution problems.

First time this happened on this computer was on power on after Jan 26 updates. This is an Alpha 3 Daily Build install on a Compaq Presario 3.3 gHz Celeron, updated daily as they are sent out.

Note I don't use evolution for mail; all my mail is on internet AOL, Yahoo, Gmail.

I can supply version, lspci -vvnn, dmesg, whatever if they are of any use to anyone.

Still bug active with 2.21.5.1. It is due of added CalDAV Calendar. Crash is random, mostly on reboot/restart.
