From update ubuntu to version 7.10 the sytem fails to respond fully (hang keyboard and mouse). Onl power buton respond :-). Excuse me, my english is so bad

Hi,

please submit the crash report by (double) clicking on it (e.g. using gnome file manager). Otherwise, we won't be able to process it efficiently. The .crash files can be found in the /var/crash directory.

I have a similar problem. Is not clear what cause it, but I think Firefox is part of the problem.
I started this year 2008, for sure.

I can't even look for the cause of the problem, because the system just stop answering the keyboard. But later on, I can't see the error on the logs or /var/crash, etc.

The problem come when play swf files (adobe flash plugg--in)

Today I've found 2 files in /var/crash/ after Firefox hang up the system
/var/crash/_usr_lib_firefox_firefox-bin.1000.crash
/var/crash/_usr_lib_nspluginwrapper_i386_linux_npviewer.bin.1000.crash
the second send bug report to bug #152583, In the comment there is a fix to the problem, i hope resolve it.
