Bug Description

Upgrade to newest version of qemu > 3.0

This version is expected soon.

Don't want to miss the Feature Freeze date....

Hi,
as communicated via various people qemu >=3.0 is scheduled for Ubuntu 19.04 and not 18.10.
I'll keep the bug open for the 19.04 merge then ...
