Linux Ubuntu 18-04 X1-18 4.15.0-23-generic

After suspend my bose bluetooth headphones keep connecting / disconnecting / connecting ... until failure.

After
marvin@X1-18:~$ sudo service bluetooth restart

everything works fine again.

Ah sorry. I did not catch that one. Yes the workaround is easy. Its one of
these two

sudo service bluetooth restart

or

 sudo service network-manager restart
