This bug is to track system S4 resume performance issue. The requirement defines that "Time from user pressing wake-up button to desktop UI being fully responsive <= 10 sec ", right now we need 30sec. We also record the detail resume time in different stages:
BIOS: 18s
load image: 7s
left resume time: 5s.
Reproduce steps:

1. ume-hibernate to S4 suspend the system
2. push power button to resume the system, and record time
Current result:

The S4 hibernate resume time is longer than required
Expected result:
----------------
1. S4 hibernate resume time should be less than 10s per defined.

QA: You need to assume BIOS will reduce their time down to 5 seconds. The goal should be for S4 to resume in 5 seconds.
