Bug Description
[Impact]
hwe-support-status shows data from 14.04:
hwe-support-status --verbose
You are not running a system with a Hardware Enablement Stack. Your system is supported until April 2019.
Running up-to-date 18.04, also tried with directly pulling latest hwe-support-status code.
[Test case]
Run hwe-support-status. Should show correct date.
[Regression potential]
hwe-support-status could be wrong in different way.
[Other info]
Fixing not just the date, but also messages about upgrading 14.04->16.04 to 16.04->18.04 and similar stuff. They might be wrong in some ways, but they won't be visible for a long time, and they're less wrong then the 14.04 messages anyway.

Did a minimal fix for bionic, for cosmic+ we should simplify that and use distro_info I think, now that HWE is rolling.
