clock-timezone help should note that Automatic Time Zone requires Location Services

The Automatic time zone feature doesn't work when Location Services is disabled in the Privacy settings of Gnome. See bug reports at

I see "fix released" - thanks! But fix hasn't been released via Ubuntu as far as I can tell. The Ubuntu doc page doesn't have the text added at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-user-docs/merge_requests/7/diffs?commit_id=d81692fb so the page referenced in the description of this bug hasn't been updated. What is the process for updating the Ubuntu pages based on the Gnome User Docs upstream?

Well, it's a bit complicated. "Fix released" means that the package in the current development version, i.e. Cosmic, has been updated with that change. But it's on its way to 18.04 too via bug #1781816 - hopefully before the release of 18.04.1 which happens on July 26.
