Bug Description
python os.getlogin() uses glibc getlogin(), which reads /proc/self/
That file depends on CONFIG_
Cascardo.

I can see this issue on Trusty ARM64 as well, and the CONFIG_AUDITSYSCALL was not found in config- 3.13.0- 148-generic
