Bug Description

random distorted parts are shown on the screen. Maybe this is related with the i915 driver.

It is quite impossible to take a screenshot of such issues. It is quite
random.

I had this issue on Ubuntu 16.04, and I decided to use other Intel driver,
which solves the issue.

Currently, I am using Ubuntu 18.04 with the built-in VGA drivers and it's
working fine.

Thanks,
Javier.
