Bug Description
Please remove peony-gksu from Ubuntu. gksu has been removed from Debian and it is expected to be removed from Ubuntu soon also. (LP: #1740618)
caja-gksu was removed and replaced in Ubuntu MATE with caja-admin.

* Drop peony-gksu (with handsome_feng's approval). gksu is being removed
from Ubuntu (LP: #1764201)
* Use dh_installdocs instead of dh_installchang

* Drop explicit --parallel since it's the default in newer dh compat levels
