Bug Description
To make the Xubuntu UI as consistent as possible for the LTS, we are requesting an UI freeze exception for the xubuntu-artwork package.
The upstream elementary icon theme has moved onto a new shade of green. The elementary-xfce theme has been updated to reflect this during the cycle but not all of the icons are updated yet. The new version brings the rest of the icons to the new green shade.

The new version also fixes some inconsistencies with different sizes of the same icon; for example, some office filetype icons are misleadingly different in different sizes.

Ack from Xubuntu Release team. We discussed this today in our community meeting. Once all of the icon updates land, we'd like to go ahead with the upload prior to the final freeze.
