Bug Description

Tried to install Ubuntu Budgie 18.04 beta in my PC (I had Ubuntu 17.10 installed). but it doesn't let me to. All it does is showing me the budgie screen paper and about user log in and password, even after reset PC few times.
I've installed another distro (Solus OS 3) for testing and it worked fine. Then, tried once more to install Budgie 18.04 but same error was shown.

Please describe where you are in the installation process.

If you are using the try Ubuntu option then the username and password is a classic symptom that either the iso you downloaded is corrupted or the writing to usb stick has corrupted the image.

Hi, Fossfreedom, thx for andswer. It doesn`t even give me the option to try or install. It`s just when I insert CD, it takes long time reading from DVD-RW. (longer than usual) I noticed it shows very quick some text - I had no time to read it though - but I remember to have seen something related to "nouveau".

Thanks - everything looks ok with that picture - nothing particularly of concern there.

Anything different that you did in your journey to install?
