Thanks for taking the time to report this and help improving Ubuntu. I'll soon upload a new revision of fusion-icon, including a patch that should fix this, to bug #175693.
If after updating to 0.0.0+git200710 28-0ubuntu2 (once it's available) there's another problem, please re-open this bug or report a new one.
