Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-orca

Enable the screen magnifier on a Dell desktop system.
The CPU fan gets very loud continuously, even when the machine is not in use.

works fine in hardy, feel free to re open it if you encounter the same issue and can tell us a few steps to reproduce it with hardy, thanks.
