problems with hiding window and switching virtual desktop

Bug Description
When clicking the "hide" button on the DB Browser for SQLite window frame, the window disappears but then immediately returns to visible state. Also, changing between multiple desktops by Ctrl+Alt+arrow keys or the like does not work as long as the program is active -- the desktop instantly switches back to the area with DB Browser for SQLite.
