Bug Description

Test Case
Pre-requisites:
  - Several workspaces must be open
  - Install sqlitebrowser
1. Launch sqlitebrowser
2. Switch to another workspace user the workspace switcher, switching to an app on another workspace or a short-cut
3. Minimize the sqlitebrowser window

Expected result
User can switch to another workspace or minimize the window

Actual result
The shells switches back to previous state (stays on same workspace or remaximize the window)

The issue has been reported against sqlitebrowser upstream, https://github.com/sqlitebrowser/sqlitebrowser/issues/934

This is fixed in cosmic with gnome-shell 3.28.3-0ubuntu2 and sqlitebrowser 3.10.1-1.1. I'm closing this bug report.
