Bug Description

Remove the Theme option in Appearance as this option don't work anyway.

There can be people using it. I have sent resource files for several
people that wanted to tweak the UI. To some extent this is possible by
creating your own resource file which is the minimum for a theme.
I think some README also mentions it.

There is a misch-mash of various customization mechanisms.
Tile is for the controls like buttons and such, colors, fonts etc.
This we call skin.
Resources are used for more application specific things like how to
format time in chat dialogs and tons of other things like all the
icons. This we call theme.
To make something consistent from this is a major task I'm afraid. We
have to live with these two ways, and perhaps make one of them
dependent of the other in some way, like a hierarchy.
