Reason for upgrade to this newest version :
- with version 3.8.0 and 3.8.1 the EP11 token can not be instantiated
because of unresolved symbols . This is fixed with 3.8.2. !
There is also a feature pending for ECC support, which is currently under discussion. A potential update will be requested , when its possible to provide all required packages until "Feature Freeze."
But version 3.8.2 should be the minimum level.
