Feisty Fawn: No sound on compaq v3000 laptop after hibernate

Bug Description
I lost sound on compaq v3000 laptop(feisty fawn) after hibernating. Reinstalling alsa and alsa-utils did not help.
Here is the lsmod | grep snd output:
