Bug Description

here is the thing. I have tried this on the windows, linux, and apple versions. when i go to plug in a cellphone with an SD card into the calibre, the buttonds do show up, but I quickly get a message 'cant connect to device' except once. now sometimes I can actually transfer a book to the device, but in general I consider the device connection abililities of your program to be useless. can you please fix it or get rid of the fake feature?

FWIW: works fine for me with 3 different Android phones, 2 with SD cards and one without.

Somehow I could have predicted that response.

Two years of frustration is behind that tone. Understand that just because
you are the best in the market it does not appoint you to a godhood. I
apologize for not simply posting screen caps and kneeling in obeisance
before you. No matter my wording that does not avoid the fact that there is
a problem that manifests across versions and platforms. Does it have to do
with all the games Google plays with as access in android? Who knows
because I didn't come to you on hands and knees begging for audience. Yes
you are the best, and there is no competition. Thank goodness for that. At
least being the only game in town you can play Lord emperor.
