Bug Description

When running under Wayland, which is the default in Artful, virt-manager doesn't correctly restore the window size when starting, and can't properly resize VM windows.

This is fixed in the newer version, and bionic now has the two backported patches.

[Test Case]

- Open virt-manager, resize the main window.
- Open it, see if the window size is identical. (It may help to do it multiple times to see it get bigger)
- With a VM window open, click on View/Resize to VM, see if the window size accurately reflects the VM.

[Regression Potential]

The patches fix the way window sizes are calculated. A regression would result in erroneous window sizes.

I tried to verify this but the test case a little too vague for me.
