Grub has a build-depends-indep against a multiverse package

Bug Description

Binary package hint: grub

Grub still has a build-depends-indep on mkisofs, which is in multiverse now. The documentation also need to be updated to point to genisoimage, which is the replacement for mkisofs in main.
Attached debdiff fixes the issue

  * debian/control: Remove Build-Depends-Indep on e2tools and mkisofs, they
    are useless and mkisofs is in multiverse (LP: #173717).
  * debian/patches/use_genisoimage_instead_of_mkisofs: added, point to the
    right program in the documentation.
