Test Regression on ppc64 in version 10.0-1

Install issue on postgresql-filedump
  update-alternatives: error: alternative path /usr/lib/postgresql/10/bin/pg_filedump doesn't exist

- Works on x86 to be installed
- Reproducible on ppc64 VM

The content is different per arch ?!

ppc64:
/usr/lib/postgresql/9.6/bin/pg_filedump

x86:
/usr/lib/postgresql/10/bin/pg_filedump

Both in postgresql-filedump version 10.0-1

The ppc build still pulls "postgresql-server-dev-9.6" x86 instead already had "postgresql-server-dev-10".

Not sure what was missing back then to make that published on one but not on the other arch - currently 188ubuntu1 is in proposed for both for quite a while and a no change rebuild might resolve that.

A build in a ppa proved that a rebuild would fix the issue.

Uploaded a no change rebuild to resolve this issue.
Seems to build and work fast in the ppa - so it could migrate soon'ish - it will then depend on pg-10 as so many others in proposed.

This bug was fixed in the package postgresql-filedump - 10.0-1build1
