Bug Description

Ubuntu 17.10. Some commonly used characters are in wrong shape.
e.g.

径 U+5F84 CJK UNIFIED IDEOGRAPH-5F84
门 U+95E8 CJK UNIFIED IDEOGRAPH-95E8
角 U+89D2 CJK UNIFIED IDEOGRAPH-89D2
舟 U+821F CJK UNIFIED IDEOGRAPH-821F

and many other ones. The correct version can refer to Noto Sans CJK SC.

This family does not contain any CJK character coverage.
