Removing packages from bionic-proposed:
 libzypp 16.4.3-1build1 in bionic
Comment: FTBFS, requires update for newer librpm, not in Debian testing; Debian bug #841769 et al

zypper was removed rather than demoted, and won't make it back into release without build fixes.
