Gnome 3.26 does not properly unredirect fullscreen windows

Distro: Ubuntu 17.10 artfull
Package: mutter_3.26.1-2ubuntu2_amd64.deb
Problem: Not working g-sync in gnmome 3.26 while using proprietary nvidia drivers
Expected: Working v-sync in gnome 3.26 (curently it's working only in unity)

This bug is already resolved in Gnome Bugzilla, but Ubuntu uses still the unpatched version.

I have tested Patches on previous and the current version of mutter.

I just issued a bug here to ask the maintener to put patches:
x11/window: Don't manage InputOnly windows (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/attachment.cgi?id=361644)
and
compositor: Ignore offscreen windows when unredirecting (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/attachment.cgi?id=361648)
into ubuntu packages.

This bug has already been filed and is a duplicate of #1725821.

The fix is being tracked in #1730097.
