mutter 3.26 doesn't properly unredirect windows

I'm setting the bug status back to Incomplete because this should be fixed for Artful but someone needs to write a test case for it. Or we can fix it along with mutter 3.26.2 whenever that is released.

This fix breaks video playback in at least Firefox. After installing the test package, playing fullscreen video in Firefox results in lots of tearing.
