[Impact]

 * Some icons are too small compared to others, such as Telegram.
 * Upstream has a workaround just adding 2 to the icon size.

[Test Case]

 * Install the new version from -proposed
 * Install Telegram Desktop version
 * Launch it
 * The tray icon should have a similar size than others

[Regression Potential]

 * The icon size may be too big, but the Shell css limit the maximum size an icon can have in the panel.

Mind posting the screenshot here illustrating the issue? For instance, I don't have telegram showing on a systray personnally, so knowing which package, how to reproduce, and so on, so that I can turn that into a SRU.

(Only the last commit needs backporting for this, it's a workaround doubling the icon size)

I tried g-s-e-appindicator 17.10.3 from artful-proposed and it is fixed.
In the screenshot attached the indicator at the top of the image are with the version from artful-updates and at the bottom (with larger icons) with the version from artful-proposed.

Marking as verification-done for artful.

But I feel it's still not proper.

Look at my attachment. I can hardly read the number (is it 12?).

Will ask upstream to take another look at it and maybe make it slightly bigger.
