pspp package missing in 17.10

Bug Description

Somehow the `pspp` package is missing from Ubuntu 17.10, while it is available in Debian https://packages.debian.org/stretch/pspp and used to be available before.

Thanks for reporting.

It was removed from 17.10 because it failed to build, and once it got fixed in Debian, it looks like it was a bit too late in the release cycle to sync. Bug 1714497 contains more details. It might be possible to get a backport from bionic, please see the instructions for "Requesting a Backport" at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuBackports#Requesting_a_Backport.

Ubuntu 17.10 has reached is EOL since July 2018.
