gnome-clocks 3.26.1 is a translation update. Since gnome-clocks is in universe, it doesn't use Ubuntu language packs.
This release also adds a file for building with snap. (It doesn't affect the Ubuntu .deb package; it's just an extra file in the source tarball.)
