Bug Description
1. Open gnome-terminal and maximize it
2. focus the window
3. unfocus the window
-> you will see a 2px shift down once the window is focused. This moves the content as well and is visually disturbing, especially when the ncurse application like weechat removes and relayout due to this.
Remove the border for those kind of window, which don't show up real headerbar, but a traditional window title bar.
