Unable to search for new locations

Weather plugin currently set (and working) to my location. If I try to change location - search fails to find it (or indeed any of the 6 or so I tried)

Same here in 16.04 and 17.04; I don't yet have 17.10 in the Xubuntu version to test but soon will so will report back if I still see it in that version of Xubuntu.

This bug was fixed in the package xfce4-weather-plugin - 0.8.9-1ubuntu1
