Bug Description

by accident, I noticed that in (>= ?) 0.92 there is a new(?) undocumented(?) snapping mode.
It snaps to vertices or extreme points or however you would call them,... actually to vertical and horizontal tangential points on paths.
Which I find a good feature :-) !

However, currently it is coupled to "intersection" as is works when "snap to intersection" is enabled and it says "Handle to intersection". Maybe just a temporary name?
Maybe to save space on the Snap Tool Bar?

To the wishlist:
In general, a minor rework of the Snap Tool Bar would be nice, e.g. include snapping perpendicularly/tangentially into the Snap Tool Bar which is currently hidden under
Menubar | File | Document Properties | Snap | Miscellaneous ?

I think, as a minimum change, a changed tooltip would already be helpful. Separating this snapping from snapping to intersections would be more useful, but take up more space.
