Bug Description
What is the reason that the option "snap perpendicularly
is hidden under:
Menubar | File | Document Properties | Snap | Miscellaneous ?
When constructing geometric patterns these options need to be switched quickly on and off pretty often.
Why not putting it to the Snap Controls Bar where all the other snapping options are?
