Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 17.10
2. Install policycoreutils-gui
3a. Try to launch it from desktop shortcut
3b. Try to launch it from terminal with /usr/bin/sepolicy gui
4a. Application asked for sudo password, but does not start
4b. From terminal it asked for sudo password and printed error message:
/usr/lib/

* SELinux Policy Management Tool runs normally
Actual results:
