This would help to integrate inkscape into Windows
domain software distribution systems.

Please make this in addition to the current Windows
installer, otherwise this would have a negative effect on
some Windows users, including me.
While the department where I work currently uses Inkscape,
the company's IT department has all PCs configured to
disable MSI and refuses to support any non-Microsoft
software. Departments are allowed to install other apps, can
only do so if the app uses an .EXE installer file.
We, the users, like Inkscape a lot. Thank you.
