Bug Description
In xkeyboard-config 2.19-1 several Indic keyboard layouts were moved to "extras".

The measure has been criticized and has been reverted afterwards at both freedesktop.org and Debian. We should make sure it's reverted in Ubuntu 17.10 as well.

To the release team: This would be a simple change: We could just add the Debian level patch which moves the Indic language back from "extras".
