[Impact]
gnome-logs 3.24.2 was released with one bug fix: scrolling performance now works much better.
3.24.2 also updates the Croatian translation.

gnome-logs is currently in universe, included by default in Ubuntu GNOME and Ubuntu Budgie
[Test Case]
Install the update
Switch to the All category
Scroll down with a mouse wheel (or on a touchpad or similar).
Scrolling shouldn't be slower than scrolling in other apps.
[Regression Potential]
GNOME has a standing microrelease exception for Stable Release Updates.
