Bug Description

It is a minor point but i think it significantly aids
usability & intuitiveness if you could dim or grey out
options for menu/toolbar items that are not yet
needed/accessible.

eg. for example, If i haven't got an object/or haven't
selected a grouped object the ungroup option should be
dimmed.

I am using Win32 Inkscape 0.41, on win XP, so if its a
bug in the build, let me know and i'll post a bug report.
