Correction:
Some windows can be moved (if their menu bar is "thicker" than the desktop menu bar, and thus can be grapped with the cursor).

Hi,

thank you for dealing with this matter.
But before performing this I would like to know why this may be necessary
because I regularly do "dist-upgrade"s, and -- on the other hand --
I am not sure that I could report on results (what results?)
since this bug happens only rarely (only once during the last few weeks,
If I remember it correctly) and is not predictable.

Hi,

thank you for dealing with this matter.
But before performing this I would like to know why this may be necessary
