Andreas, my english is very poor.
The problem happens before Window 7 checks the hard disck for
inconsistences and I stopped it.

I'm sorry, but I do not understand how Windows is related to causing these packaging issues in your Ubuntu server.

Also, don't worry about your english, if you feel like you can only describe what is happening in your native language, give it a show and we can try translate.google.com :)
