Bug Description
[Impact]
This is a upstream bug fix release. It has one fix to fix support for transparency in PNG files.
gnome-photos is seeded in Ubuntu GNOME and Ubuntu Budgie
[Test Case]
Install update and open attached image in gnome-photos.
Apply a filter to the image and check the area below the cookies doesnt have any ugly boxing. The defects are pretty obvious if you view with 3.24.1 the sample image with filters.
[Regression potential]
Low, the included patch should only have affect with transparent PNGs so at worst it will break what was already broken.
