Bug Description
As configured by xserver-xorg the display was garbled, with parts of the screen being mirrored and moving
fuzzy bits between them - it didn't look like the gfx card was very happy doing what it was being asked to do!
I have attached the xorg.conf file as produced by the config, and also an xorg.conf file that works (modified
from an XF86Config file that I downloaded from the Internet).
Please let me know of any further testing I can do to help, such as trying line by line to get the file the
same as the ubuntu configured one, until I isolate the line(s) that cause the problem. (I don't want to do
this unless someone says it will help!)
